Eligible Refund Conditions:
- No work initiated within 7 days of payment (without prior agreement)
- Failure to deliver services as documented in a signed proposal or agreement
- Duplicate payment or billing errors
Ineligible Refunds:
- Work already completed or in progress
- Delays caused by lack of communication or delayed input from client
- Change in business direction after project commencement
Refund Process: To request a refund, submit a written request to support@xenexit.com within 15 days of the transaction. We will review and respond within 7 business days. Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
