Refund Policy

We aim to maintain fairness and clarity in our business practices. Our refund policy applies to all digital marketing, web development, and IT expert hiring services.

Eligible Refund Conditions:

  • No work initiated within 7 days of payment (without prior agreement)
  • Failure to deliver services as documented in a signed proposal or agreement
  • Duplicate payment or billing errors

Ineligible Refunds:

  • Work already completed or in progress
  • Delays caused by lack of communication or delayed input from client
  • Change in business direction after project commencement

Refund Process: To request a refund, submit a written request to support@xenexit.com within 15 days of the transaction. We will review and respond within 7 business days. Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
